Users must independently verify identity, ownership, land records, references, qualifications, permits, seed quality, animal breed claims, prices, location, documents, payment terms and every material fact before relying on it.

By uploading, searching, browsing, contacting, paying, visiting, hiring, buying, selling, swapping, joining a group, requesting access, sharing documents or communicating through the platform, users accept that Ayuma Supplies and its subsidiaries shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, emotional, business, crop, livestock, land, property, employment, relationship, travel, security, data, payment or opportunity loss arising from use of platform information.
User uploads and communications
Users must not upload false, stolen, defamatory, exploitative, unsafe, illegal, misleading, broker-disguised, spam, adult-inappropriate, abusive or third-party confidential information. Public visibility does not mean endorsement. Moderation reduces obvious abuse but cannot guarantee truth, quality, legality, compatibility, availability, safety or successful outcomes.

Users must follow local laws, tax rules, land rules, employment rules, livestock movement rules, seed regulations, community permissions and platform safety instructions. Payment access is a platform workflow and not a guarantee that any record or person is safe or truthful. If something feels wrong, stop and report it.
